Our Story

Lulu's Cake Factory LLC was created at the end of 2019, but became an official home-based business in 2022. We are recognized by making home-made sponge cakes from scratch. The owner, Lucyannie, uses family recipes authentic from Puerto Rico to make beautiful and delicious moist cakes, or best known as "bizcochos mojaditos". 
Our recipes were inherited by our aunt Anita, who has been a well known baker for more than 30 years in Connecticut and Puerto Rico.
Our most requested signature cakes include: The Almond Sponge Cake, The Carrot Cake and the "Tres Leches" Cake. We also offer a variety of other well loved cake flavors and confections to sweeten your palate.
We are eager to "bake" people happy with our authentic edible art!
